What's included in each box?

Each Essentials Refresh Box includes:

  • 6 pairs of socks
  • 6 pairs of underwear

How often do boxes ship?

Boxes ship three times per year:

  • December/January
  • May/June
  • August/September

These windows align with winter growth spurts, summer growth spurts, and back to school spurts.

How much does the subscription cost?

The Essentials Refresh box is $99 per year, which covers all three deliveries. There are no additional fees and free shipping is included.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. This is one annual payment for three scheduled deliveries per year. There are no monthly charges.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer underwear sizes:

  • XS, S, M, L, XL

Sock sizes:

  • 5-8
  • 8-10
  • 11-14

What if my child grows during the year?

No problem! Kids grow fast! You can update sizes anytime in your account before the next shipment.

We'll send the correct size for the upcoming delivery.

How do I update my child's size?

Simply log into your account and update the size before the next shipping window. We'll take care of the rest.

When will my first box ship?

Your first box will ship during the next scheduled shipping window after you subscribe. 

If you sign up well in advance, this gives us time to prepare the correct sizes for your child.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account. 

There are no long-term commitments. 

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
